The intentions of this website is to direct you to a safe place to leak information securely to Anonymous. We understand that the information we are asking for is of the highest classification of Top Secret that probably exists, and that the information is tucked away on JWICS and only accessible through SCIFs. If you have files that you would like to leak to us, we recommend you take the following precautions before doing so:
1) Never transfer documents or evidence from your home, or your workplace.
2) Do not ever use your personal computer to leak documents, buy a cheap computer using CASH (credit card transactions can be easily traced), or download theTAILS operating system and run it from either a USB drive or under a VM (virtual machine).
3) To communicate and send files, you will be using an encrypted install of
NextCloud housed on our website.
Before uploading any files Download and install Tor! After you have a Tor connection, use the link to connect to drop your files.
4) We highly recommend using a VPN and Tor at the same time!

We are serious about helping the disclosure process, and we would like serious people with real information to respond to this. All relevant materials / data given to Anonymous will be published online after being reviewed.
We have installed our own private / encrypted file drop on our webserver. We are using the NextCloud framework and value your privacy. We will be using NexCloud until will can find a better solution for accepting leaked information.
