Dear FOIA Officer,
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I hereby request the full release of all documents, files, recordings, and materials related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation that are referenced in the letter from Attorney General Pamela Bondi to FBI Director Patel, dated February 27, 2025.
Specifically, I am requesting:
1. All pages withheld from the initial 200-page release provided to the Attorney General;
2. All client records, flight manifests, contact lists, audio/video recordings, and materials seized in connection with the Epstein case;
3. Any documentation detailing the FBI’s retention of these materials post-Epstein’s 2019 death;
4. Internal memos or correspondence relating to the decision to withhold materials from the Attorney General’s office;
5. All files referenced or held by the FBI’s New York Field Office in connection to this case.
This request is made in the public interest and is not for commercial use. As such, I respectfully request a waiver of any fees associated with this request.
If portions of the requested material are exempt from disclosure, please release any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions. I request that this information be provided electronically, if possible.
